At IBM Peru, we proudly celebrate our participation in the Great Place to Work (GPTW) ranking for the 15th consecutive year. The GPTW evaluates the level of trust, impartiality, respect, pride and camaraderie that collaborators show in relation to the organization leaders, as well as assessing trust levels among coworkers, growth opportunities inside the company and a good work environment.

?Our constant appearance in this ranking is due to one main component: the IBMers, who live in their day to day the values ??that make us unique. The first value is that we are dedicated to the success of each of our clients, always willing to go beyond our responsibilities to provide the best solutions in the market. The second one is continuous innovation, which is closely linked to the reinvention process that has allowed us to remain for 107 years. Finally, we generate trust and responsibility in all our relationships, to build long-term relationships with our employees, customers and community.

We are a technology company with high industry knowledge, but it is our people who allow us to deliver valuable solutions based on these assets for our clients. Therefore, beyond the GPTW awards, we are proud to be a great place to work where each IBMer can build its own professional future, with a horizontal culture of continuous innovation, with open policies of inclusion and diversity and access to training tools that foster every IBMer personal and professional development.
