He owns Offerings, Development and SRE/Ops for the following portfolios: IBM Blockchain Platform, IBM Hyper Protect Family of Cloud Services, RH Openshift and Cloudpaks on Z working with Redhat, z/OS Cloud Broker, Secure Services Container etc. .

Len Santalucia

CTO, Vicom Infinity

Len Santalucia has been in the IT industry since 1973. He is presently the Chief Technology Officer and the Business Development Manager for Vicom Infinity, Inc, the Chairperson for the Linux Foundation Open Mainframe Project, a member of the IBM Z Academic Initiative advocate leadership team, an Advisory Board member at Farmingdale, Hofstra, Marist College, VCU, and NCAT Universities, an IBM Champion, and the consulting specialist for the Binghamton University ES2 Research Center. Len is also a 30 year IBM veteran and is frequently presents IBM's Systems Hardware, Software, Linux, Virtualization, and OSS Strategy and Directions worldwide.

Nataraj Nagaratnam

CTO, Cloud Security, IBM

Dr. Nataraj Nagaratnam is a technology and business executive focused on innovating and delivering solutions that address a range of business security needs. As CTO for Cloud Security at IBM, he drives strategy, technology and offerings around security for IBM Cloud. Recognized as an IBM Distinguished Engineer, he has lead innovative security products and capabilities across cloud, mobile, and middleware systems that are helping businesses around the world effectively manage their security. He has authored and co-authored numerous journal articles, blogs, papers, books and security specifications, including the book on “Enterprise Java Security” published by Addison Wesley. Nataraj received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Syracuse University.

Alexandre Kech

CEO, OnChain Custodian

Alexandre Kech has 22+ years of experience in the capital market industry. From global custody & asset servicing at the Bank of New York Mellon to data standardisation & Head of Securities & FX APAC at SWIFT, Alex has developed a strong post-trade industry leadership experience, extended in recent years to digital assets & blockchain. Alexandre transitioned to a new challenge in November 2018 when he joined Onchain Custodian as the CEO of the company in charge of building & launching, with Da Hongfei (Chair of the Board), Raymond Cheong (CSO) & El Lee (COO), a digital custody service in Singapore. The solution is now protected by IBM HPCS since early 2020. Onchain Custodian believes in solving non-competitive industry issues through collaboration. Alexandre is the co-chair of the Global Digital Finance (GDF) Custody WG and is the convenor of the ISO TC68 / SC8 / WG3 building an international standard for Digital Token Identification.
