- Lusinda Leung, IT Specialist

Back into my final year in the university, I took a collaboration course about IBM Consultancy. I came across IBM consultants who shared their passion about new technologies and eagerness to bring in business values to various corporations. Consultants listen to the pain points of their clients’ businesses and deliver a complete solution. That motivates me to work in IBM to help client transformin the cognitive business era.

Apart from the corporate culture, what I enjoy most is the working spirit and environment. Working in IBM is like being in a big family, it is a community where you can work with talented and experienced people, also it is a very resourceful platform where you get to gain a lot of market insights and industry knowledge.

- Justin Tong, Storage Sales Specialist

The idea of being part of the largest technology company in the world is what motivated me to join IBM. Some may say there are other innovative companies around, but there really isn’t any other company that has made this much effort in bringing technologies to our lives, and by that I’m not only talking about technologies that you and I use daily, but the technologies we have brought to various industries to make the world work better.
